Nana Sakamoto 

Born in 1995 in Hokkaido, Japan.

She began playing the trombone at age 10, getting involved with Big Band music during her elementary school and junior high school years. She then studied under Hirotsugu Sakemoto.

​In 2020, She moved to Brazil following her marriage and is currently based in São Paulo.

  She has performed / recorded with Ray Drummond, Louis Hayes, John Lee, Vincent Herring, Carl Allen, Freddie Hendrix, Cyrus Chestnut, Sadao Watanabe, Jay Thomas, Dezron Douglas, Ulysses Owens Jr., David Kikoski, Terell Stafford, Michael Rodriguez, Birdland Big Band, to name a few.

坂本 菜々 (さかもと なな）

1995年、北海道新ひだか町出身。

9歳より北海道新冠町レ・コード館ジュニアジャズバンドに参加し、トロンボーンを始める。トロンボーン奏法およびジャズ理論を酒本廣継氏に師事。

高校在学中より、札幌を中心にライブ活動を始める。

2012年、北海道グルーヴキャンプへ参加し、バークリーアワードを受賞。

2013年、米国シアトルで開催された Centrum Jazz Port Townsend に参加。

2015年に名古屋へ拠点を移し活動後、2018年に渡米。

ニューヨークでは多様な音楽文化に触れながら、ジャズを中心にライブ活動やセッションを重ね、いくつかのレコーディングにも参加。

2020年、結婚を機にブラジルへ移住し、現在はサンパウロを拠点に活動中。

​これまでの主な共演者は、Jay Thomas, Ray Drummond, Louis Hayes, Vincent Herring, Carl Allen, Freddie Hendrix, Sadao Watanabe, Dezron Douglas, Ulysses Owen Jr., David Kikoskiなど。
